Regarding intangible and immutable products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been finalized and the product has been delivered. Since we deal with data, once we have supplied the data to a client, we cannot retrieve it. Our products and services are sold as is, without any warranties or guarantees.
Considering the nature of the data business, all sales of intangible and immutable products are considered final and non-refundable.
